Once you’ve submitted your details above, we’ll then chat over the phone for ~10mins about your back issue. We may refer you for scans prior to your initial appointment. If your suitable for the program you’ll have a 60 minute consult with me (Harry) to go through your posture, perform tests and get a baseline of your symptoms. From this we’ll map out your primary issues and the plan to tackle them - if time we’ll begin treatment. After that initial appointment we’ll aim to get you moving in the custom exercise program that will be accessible on your phone after downloading an app. Finally we’ll proceed with treatment and rehab as appropriate throughout the time period allotted to reach your goals. Everything you need to fix the problem and say goodbye to me for good.

If I have it my way, immediately. In life there are no guarantees of course, but I can guarantee to work my ass off to make positive change for you as quickly as possible. Some backs are a long game, but many can make significant improvements in weeks and even days. Ultimately it’s not a race - its about building a sustainable pathway to your goals that you can build on when we’re done.

Yes. Most nights we are open until 7pm and from ~9am-2pm on Saturdays. We’ll work with you to find the times that will best suit your schedule.

During the program you’ll 1-2 sessions weekly along with 12hours 6days a week communication access with your physio through the exercise app. After the in-person program has finished you’ll continue to have coaching and support through the app whilst your exercise program remains active.

This program is an all inclusive treatment and exercise package designed around your issue. Our first session together is 60 minutes - if you don’t believe the system is for you after the first session, no hard feelings.

Ideally yes. There is some wiggle room of course but it is preferred to focus solely on the program provided to maximise results and reduce interference so we can better measure the effect and adapt the program as needed.

Please be aware you may be asked remove all clothing down to your underwear in order to conduct a postural analysis and assess/treat appropriately. We advise you to wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing.

No, we can access scans in the clinic, please just know where the scans were done so we can look them up e.g. SKG, Perth Radiology Clinic, Precision etc…
